Re-estrenando mi armario de los Barriguitas

Este es mi armario original de las muñecas Barriguitas de los años 80. Aunque ya hace unos meses que lo tengo en casa conmigo, no me había parado a limpiarlo, unas veces por falta de tiempo y otras por pereza. Y es que hacer fotos es más divertido que limpiar cosas :-D

Pero finalmente hace unos días me dije "venga, ni lo pienses, simplemente coge ese armario y en unos minutos lo tendrás lustroso". Y así fue. Como es de plástico lo lavé con agua jabonosa, lo aclaré y lo sequé bien.

This is my original 1980's Barriguitas dolls wardrobe. Although already a few months ago that I have at home with me, I had not stopped to clean it, sometimes due to lack of time and others by laziness. And it is that taking pictures is more fun than cleaning things :-D

But finally a few days ago I said to myself 'Come on, don't think. Just pick up that wardrobe and in a few minutes you'll have it lustrous'. And it was so. As it is plastic I washed it with soapy water, I had it with water and dried it well.

Cuando era una niña me encantaba jugar con este armario. En mis juegos lo usaba como armario de los Barriguitas pero también como armario de Barbie y su hermana Skipper. ¡Cuántas horas de diversión en torno a este juguete!

When I was a child, I loved playing with this wardrobe. In my games, I used it as Barriguitas closet but also as Barbie and her sister Skipper's wardrobe. How many hours of fun on this toy!

El armario es de color amarillo canario, precioso. Tiene un aire clásico y está lleno de detalles en relieve, incluído el nombre "Barriguitas". En su interior hay 3 cajones extraíbles que tienen un tope en su parte inferior para evitar que se caigan al abrirlos.

No recuerdo si originalmente las perchas eran 5, pero creo que sí, que no perdí ni se rompió ninguna. Aunque tal vez el número original fuera de 6 perchas ¿alguien sabe algo?

Las puertas cierran con bastante presión, por lo que al abrirlas los tiradores se acabaron rompiendo. Aunque los apegamos muchas veces, una y otra vez se volvían a romper. Y es una pena porque eran muy bonitos con forma de flor.

Estoy segura de que no los tiramos a la basura, pero es difícil encontrarlos entre tantos juguetes guardados en el trastero de mis padres (aunque la esperanza es lo último que se pierde).

También tengo una cuna y un andador a juego. La primera no la he limpiado todavía y el segundo está en casa de mis padres. De todos modos, intentaré hacerles fotos en cuanto pueda.

The wardrobe is canary-yellow, precious. It has a classic air and is full of details in relief, included the name 'Barriguitas'. Inside there are 3 removable drawers that have a stop at its bottom to prevent falling when open.

I don't remember if the hangers were originally 5, but I think that yes, that I've not lost or broke any. Although perhaps the original number was 6 hangers. Does anyone know anything?

Doors close with enough pressure, so to open them shooters were finished breaking. Although we stick them many times, they again turned to break. And it is a shame because they were very beautiful and flower-shaped.

I am sure that we did not throw them in the trash, but it is hard to find them among so many toys stored in the attic of my parents (although hope is the last thing you lose).

I also have a matching crib and baby walker. I have not cleaned the first still and the second is in my parents house. Anyway, I'll try to take pictures when I can.

Y como mis barbies siempre han sido mis muñecas favoritas, he decidido re-estrenar mi armario llenándolo con ropa suya. Lo ideal sería meter ropa de Stacie o Chelsea, pero tengo muy poca y no me apetecía dejarlas desnudas :-D

And as my barbies have always been my favorite dolls, I decided to re-brand my wardrobe filling with their clothes. Ideally, put clothes Stacie or Chelsea, but I have very few and do not wanted to leave them nude :-D

Barbie y Ella celebran la vida

Hoy es el día mundial del cancer. Barbie y su amiga Ella han quedado para cenar y charlar. Quieren celebrar su amistad recordando viejos tiempos.

La cena era sencilla pero muy nutritiva. Barbie ya sabe como le gusta a Ella. Con ingredientes orgánicos y sin carne, ni huevos ni leche. Todo sano y natural, sin sufrimiento animal.

Gracias por tu sonrisa, Ella -le dijo Barbie.

Gracias a ti por esta maravillosa cena - le respondió Ella.

Y ambas amigas, cogiendo sus copas brindaron al unísono "por la vida, que es maravillosa si no se le tiene miedo".

Y antes de beber se rieron, sabiendo que ambas habían coincidido casualmente citando a Charles Chaplin. Y es que como él dijo, la vida es maravillosa. Especialmente cuando compartimos momentos con nuestros seres queridos.

¡Celebremos la vida, sin miedo!

Dinner was simple but very nutritious. Barbie already knows how Ella likes to. With organic ingredients and no meat, no eggs or milk. All healthy and natural, without animal suffering.

Stacie, Hermanas Vamos de Acampada V4401

Esta es mi revisión del pack con la muñeca Stacie Hermanas Vamos de acampada V4401 con copyright de 2010 que he conseguido de oferta en el Hipercor a un precio increíble.

Stacie es la segunda de las hermanas de Barbie y en muchos sentidos es mi favorita. Por su carita de niña buena y también porque teniendo el mismo tamaño que mi primera Skipper resulta muy manejable. 

This is my review of the pack Sisters Sleep Out V4401 Tent & Stacie copyrighted 2010 that I've got in offer in the Hipercor at an incredible price.

Stacie is the second of the Sisters of Barbie and in many ways is my favorite. By your good girl face and also because having the same size as my first Skipper is very manageable.

En esta versión, Stacie tiene una cara muy bonita. Tiene pecas y sus ojos son preciosos y muy naturales.  Su pelo es rubio dorado y lo lleva recogido en una cola de caballo en el lado derecho de su cabeza. Lleva un vestido rosa y violeta estampado y unas chanclas rosas muy bonitas.

In this version, Stacie has a very pretty face. It has freckles and her eyes are beautiful and very natural. Her hair is golden blonde and carries it up in a ponytail on the right side of his head. It carries a pink and purple print dress and very pretty pink flip-flops.

El pack incluye la muñeca Stacie con piernas flexibles, una tienda de campaña, un saco de dormir, una hoguera, una banqueta, 3 palos con nubes y 3 tazas de diferentes tamaños (una taza para cada hermana de Barbie).

The pack includes Stacie doll with flexible legs, a tent, a sleeping bag, a bonfire, a sidewalk, 3 sticks with marshmallows and 3 cups of different sizes (a Cup to each sister of Barbie).

La tienda viene desmontada y según informa Mattel en el anverso de la caja, en ella caben las 4 hermanas. Las instrucciones de montaje son claras y el proceso es muy sencillo.

La tela es de color fucsia, excepto la parte frontal que tiene tonos rosas, violetas y un dibujo de estrellas y búhos que le da un toque muy dulce.

También se incluyen 4 varillas para la base y dos ganchos para sujetar las puertas de tela cuando está abierta.

The camping tent comes disassembled and according to Mattel on the front of the box, it will fit the 4 sisters. The Assembly instructions are clear and the process is very simple.

The fabric is Fuchsia, except the front part that has pink, violets and a drawing of stars and owls which gives a very sweet touch.

4 rods for the base and two hooks are also included to hold the gates of fabric when it is open.

Los brazos de Stacie son rígidos y sus piernas son flexibles. Puede doblar las rodillas y girar mucho el cuello. En total tiene 5 puntos de articulación, además de las rodillas que permiten tres posiciones.

Stacie arms are stiff and his legs are flexible. You can bend your knees and turning the neck much. In total it has 5 points of articulation, as well as the knees which allow three positions.

Su brazo derecho está flexionado y su mano puede sujetar la taza violeta. Su brazo izquierdo está estirado y puede sujetar un palo con nube o masmelos.

Her right arm is bent and your hand can hold the violet Cup. Her left arm is stretched and can hold a bat with marshmallows.

Stacie puede flexionar sus rodillas de forma muy realista, lo que es fabuloso para las fotos. Doblándolas hasta la tercera posición se puede sentar en la banqueta.

Stacie can bend their knees in a very realistic way, which is great for photos. By bending them to the third position she can sit on the curb.

Cada hermana de Barbie tiene una taza que puede coger y un palo con una nube ¡es genial que Mattel haya tenido este detalle! En estas fotografías aparecen Skipper y Chelsea de surf. Los erizos que he usado en el escenario pertenecen a mi colección de animales en miniatura de Schleich. Son réplicas a escala superrealistas, pero os hablaré de ello en otra ocasión.

Each Barbie's sister has a cup that can catch and a stick with a marshmallows. It is great that Mattel has had this detail! In these photographs are Skipper and Chelsea from Barbie Surf Skipper and Chelsea 2 pack. I've used on stage some hedgehogs belong to my collection of schleich animal. They are scale replicas and are very realistic, but I'll talk about that another time.

Y para finalizar este desembalaje y revisión, quiero decir que el saco de dormir me encanta. Tiene colores muy alegres y es muy suave al tacto.

Se puede enrollar para guardarlo y que ocupe poco espacio ¡cómo los de verdad! También se puede abrir y cerrar con un belcro por uno de sus laterales.

Es una pena que el pack no incluya también sacos para Skipper y Chelsea, así que si tengo tiempo a lo mejor me animo a hacérselos yo misma.

And to conclude this unboxing and review, I want to say I love the sleeping bag. It has very bright colours and is very soft to the touch.

You can roll up for storage and that occupy little space. Like real ones! You can also open and close with a velcro for one of its sides.

It is a pity that the pack does not include also bags for Skipper and Chelsea, so if I have time maybe I encourage you to make them myself.

Hooolaaa y muy buen fin de semana a todos los que me leéis.

Hoy vengo cargadita de novedades para hablaros de varias muñecas que me he traído a casa y lo  mejor es que tienen diferentes tipos de cuerpo y moldes de cabeza que han pasado a enriquecer mi colección de barbies, amigas y hermanas.

Todas ellas son tesoros que me he encontrado cuando menos me lo esperaba y que si vives en España no te puedes perder estos chollos en muñecas barbies.

Son ofertas irresistibles en muñecas barbies, High School Musical, Monster Highs y otros muchos juguetes que he encontrado en Carrefour e Hipercor. Los ojos me daban vueltas ¡no sabía cuáles elegir! Había muchas muñecas chulas desde 9€.

En Carrefour he encontrado Barbie con su caballo de 2015 por 29€, con un precio anterior de unos  55€. Creo que es un precio estupendo pero como todo no se puede tener y ya tengo a Tawny en su versión de 2014, además de varios caballos más rescatados del mercadillo. Por eso decidí no traérmelo a casa.

Ya sabéis que el hobby del coleccionismo suele estar limitado por el dinero, el tiempo y el espacio disponibles.

En Hipercor también tienen estos días ofertas muy interesantes en juguetes con su campaña "stocks fuera". Después de buscar entre los saldos barbies que me gustaran me vine a casa con varias y más contenta que una niña chica con caramelos.

De la línea de las High School Musical de Mattel encontré a Troy, Gabrielle y Sharpay por 9€ cada uno. En total dos chicas y un chico que  he añadido a mi colección de barbies, o mejor dicho, a mi colección de muñecas Skipper.

Also in Carrefour, I saw several more of the Playline Barbie dolls and including two friends of Barbie Rock Royals who were offering to €9 each, caught my attention. No tenía ninguna muñeca de esta línea y en principio tampoco pensaba en buscarlas pero viéndolas en directo me encantaron. Las dos chicas tienen un molde de cuerpo anterior de Skipper y el chico me ha sorprendido doblemente porque además de tener las piernas flexibles dobla los codos.

Después encontré a esta barbiei morena. Es Marie-Alecia amiga de Barbie en la magia de la moda de París T5219, que incluye un perrito de lo más mono y unas gafas que me encantan. También de oferta en el Hipercor y con un precio de 12€.

Y la última en unirse a mi colección ha sido la hermana mediana de Barbie, Stacie con su tienda de campaña con un precio de 9€ ¡sí, sólo nueve euros! Con un precio anterior de 24.95€

Concretamente es Stacie Hermanas Vamos de Acampada V4401 con copyright de 2010. Cuando la vi daba saltos de alegría porque me hacía mucha ilusión tanto la tienda de campaña como tener una versión de Stacie con las piernas flexibles. Este pack incluye la tienda de campaña, saco de dormir, 3 tazas de diferentes tamaños, una silla sin respaldo, hoguera y 3 palos con nubes para asarlas.

 Me he pasado todo mi tiempo libre desde entonces deboxeando, peinando, fotografiando y disfrutando muchísimo con los recién llegados. Pero seguramente ya os lo imagináis.

Desconozco si Eroski o Alcampo también están haciendo ofertas con los restos de los juguetes de la campaña navideña pero mi bolsillo ya no da para más y prefiero no ir por aquello de ojos que no ven, corazón que no siente.

Si os gustan mis hallazgos mi consejo es que vayáis hoy mismo a vuestro hipermercado más cercano y busquéis entre las ofertas por liquidación de stocks. Hay juguetes de todas clases, no sólo barbies o muñecas. Pero claro, a mi los ojos se me iban a las barbies :-D

And the last to join my collection has been the Middle sister of Barbie, Stacie with your tent with a price of €9, only nine euros! With a previous price of €24.95

Abrigada con mi bata me dejo llevar por el sueño mientras mis últimos pensamientos se los dedico a mis barbies. No era mi intención dormirme sobre la cama, pero el sueño me ha ganado la batalla. Sin fuerzas para luchar me dejo llevar, eso sí, apretando con fuerza la cámara que todavía tengo en mi mano derecha.

Tic tac, tic tac. El sonido del reloj que tanto nos recuerda a los seres humanos el rítmico sonido del corazón de nuestra madre, mece placenteramente mis oídos.

Sin saberlo, poco a poco paso de un tranquilo duermevela al más profundo de los sueños. Y aun así, mis barbies me acompañan en mi descanso.

Warm with my robe I let myself be carried away by sleep while my last thoughts are dedicate to my barbies. It was not my intention to sleep on the bed, but sleep has earned me the battle. No strength to fight let me carry, while firmly pressing the camera that I still have in my right hand.

5:22 am. Sucede lo impredecible. Al día siguiente los periódicos anunciarán que ha habido un fuerte terremoto en el mar de Alborán, pero es en ese preciso instante que me siento caer de la cama. Algo mágico sucede entonces, algo que no puedo comprender ¡me caigo y caigo y sigo cayendo!

¡Pum! De repente un suelo rosa frena mi caída.

¡Ay, qué dolor! -digo sin pensarlo.

Bajo el suelo del solarium, Barbie y su hermana Skipper se asustan con el golpe.

¡Dios mío! -gritó Barbie sobresaltada- ¿Qué ha sido eso?

¡Ja ja ja! Parece que un gran elefante se hubiera estrellado en nuestro tejado -dijo Skipper intentando disimular su miedo con un toque de humor. Pero eso no tranquilizó a Barbie.

Voy a mirar - se apresuró a decir Skipper, intentando evitar un sermón de su hermana mayor.

5:22 am. The unpredictable happens. The next day the newspapers will announce that there has been a strong earthquake in the Alboran Sea, but is at that precise moment that I am falling out of bed. ¡Hola! Veo que no eres un elefante enorme ¿Estás bien? - dijo Skipper

¿Qué... un elefante? -yo no entendía nada.

Pobrecilla, te habrás hecho daño. Acompáñame abajo - dijo mientras me tendía una mano. Su sonrisa me resultaba tan familiar que no dudé en aceptar su ayuda.

I was a little stunned by what happened and next to me had a strange black and white cat looking at me with his big eyes.

Su gesto amable y su sonrisa me hacían sentir como en mi propia casa.

Me duele un poco la cabeza, creo que ha sido por el golpe - le respondí- Pero estoy bien.

Y justo en ese momento me di cuenta de que mis brazos eran de plástico.

Skipper came down the stairs and I followed her. Already in the kitchen, Barbie received me with kindness.

Ha ha ha -Barbie y su hermana se miraron la una a la otra y se rieron al unísino.

Qué graciosa eres - dijo Barbie sin dejar de reír.

¡Pues claro que eres una muñeca barbie! ¿Qué otra cosa sino, un elefante rosa? -añadió Skipper entre carcajadas.

Y en ese momento sentí que perdía el equilibrio y me desmayaba. Pero por suerte Skipper estaba a mi lado y evitó que yo me cayera al suelo.

Of plastic! -screamed horrified - my arms are made of plastic!

And I watched myself from top to bottom without understanding anything.

My body is plastic! I'm a barbie doll!

It has been ha - Barbie and her sister looked at one another and laughed at the unisino.

What funny you are! - said Barbie laughing.

Well, of course you're a barbie doll! What else but, a pink elephant? -added Skipper between guffaws.

Era algo increíble, pero por fin empezaba a entenderlo todo. Por alguna mágica razón que no podía explicar, el terremoto me había llevado a una nueva dimensión ¡la dimensión barbie! Y ellas eran mis muñecas ¡por eso su sonrisa me resultaba tan familiar!

Prúebate mi pantalón de pijama, tal vez sea de tu talla -dijo Barbie acercándome un pantalón precioso de corazones- ¿Tu molde de cuerpo es fashionista, verdad?

No... ¡Sí! -estaba tan emocionada que no acertaba a responderle.

Necesitas descansar - dijeron ambas hermanas a la vez.

Skipper me guió hasta el dormitorio para que pudiera descansar un poco mientras Barbie llamaba a la doctora.

Enseguida llegó la doctora. Sin duda alguna estaba muy elegante con su uniforme malva. Además su maquillaje conjuntaba con el color de su ropa.

Veamos -dijo la doctora Summer- Ya veo, todo está bien excepto lo que yo suponía.

Energías renovadas que traen nuevas ilusiones

Cada año nuevo nos prometemos a nosotros mismos montones de cosas... ¿pero las cumplimos?

Este año no me he prometido nada a mi misma, precisamente para no incumplir ninguna promesa. Simplemente me he dicho "disfruta el momento, saboréalo y harás montones de cosas con el corazón". Nada de promesas vacías.

Y eso estoy haciendo. Cada vez que "juego" con una de mis muñecas, nueva o vieja, estoy disfrutando de esta afición tan bonita como una niña con juguetes nuevos. Gracias a esta afición por Barbie soy peluquera, estilista, decoradora de interiores... pero sobretodo soy fotógrafa y arquitecta de sueños.

Y sueño y me ilusiono... y con las energías renovadas y con muchísima ilusión, he comenzado un nuevo proyecto para el blog titulado "Con los ojos de la imaginación". Es una historia de aventuras con Barbie y sus amigas donde puede suceder de todo ¡no te lo puedes perder! El primer capítulo está casi preparado para su estreno.

Espero que este año disfrutéis con vuestros hobbies tanto como yo ¡feliz colección!

Every new year we promise to us themselves lots of things... but we meet them?

Ahem ahem :-D

This year I do not promised me anything myself, precisely for not breaking any promise. Simply I said to myself 'enjoy the moment, enjoy it and you will do lots of things with the heart'. No more empty promises.

And that is what I'm doing. Whenever I play with one of my dolls, new or old, I am enjoying this nice hobby like a girl with new toys. Thanks to this passion for Barbie I am hairdresser, stylist, interior designer... but above all I'm a photographer and a dreams architect.

And I dream and delude me... and with renewed energy and a lot of enthusiasm, I have started a new project for the blog titled 'Through the eyes of the imagination'. It is a story of adventure with Barbie and her friends where everything can happen. You can not miss it! The first chapter is almost ready for its premiere.
