Un armario muy concurrido - A very crowded closet

Érase una vez... un armario muy concurrido. Todas mis muñecas en torno al él se reunían. Y así se pasaban el día abriendo y cerrando sus puertas, entre risas y charlas.

Once upon a time... a very crowded closet. All my dolls around it would gather. And so they spent the day by opening and closing its doors, between laughs and chats.

Un día, la mayor y la menor de ellas se acercaron al armario. Y mientras Moschino colocaba sobre él la tabla de surf, Chelsea le daba instrucciones.

-Gírala un poco hacia la izquierda

-¿Así? -preguntó Moschino girándola hacia el lado equivocado.

-No, no ¡para! Te has equivocado de lado.

-Te has confundido tú. Me has dicho hacia la izquierda.

-No, he dicho derecha.

-¡Izquierda!

-¡Derecha!

-¡Te has equivocado! -gritaron ambas al unísono

Y mirándose fijamente a los ojos ambas hermanas se echaron a reír.

One day, the oldest and the littlest of them approached the closet. And while Moschino placed on the surfboard, Chelsea gave her instructions.

-Turn it slightly to the left

-So? -Moschino asked turning it to the wrong side.

-No, no! Stop! You have the wrong side.

-You've confused. I've said to the left.

-No, I said right.

-Left!

-Right!

-You have the wrong! -They both shouted in unison

And staring eyes both sisters began to laugh.

Chelsea le dio las gracias a Moschino y se quedó sola colocando su bikini en uno de los cajones. Después llegó Stacie, la hermana mediana, quien traía su ropa de nieve lavada y planchada.

-Mira qué bonito, Chelsea.

-¡Oh, me encanta!- respondió sonriente la pequeña -cuélgala aquí, junto al vestido.

-Me parece buena idea.

Y dicho y hecho. Stacie colgó su ropa donde le había ordenado su hermana pequeña.

Chelsea gave thanks to Moschino and was left alone by putting her bikini in one of the drawers. Then came the middle sister, Stacie, who brought her washed and ironed snow-clothing.

-Look what a beautiful, Chelsea.

-Oh, I love it! - replied smiling the little girl -hang it here, along with the dress.

-Good idea I think.

And said and done. Stacie hung her clothing where had ordered her little sister.

-¡Hola chicas!

-¡Hola!

-¡Hola Skipper!

-¿Habéis visto mi tabla de surf? No la veo por ninguna parte

-Sí, la puse encima del armario -respondió Chelsea dejando asombradas a sus dos hermanas.

-¿Encima del armario? ¿Y cómo la subiste, con un helicóptero?

Por un instante Chelsea no respondió, se limitó a fruncir el ceño mostrando su enfado.

-Si no me crees comprúebalo tu misma

-Uy, pues es verdad. Mi tabla está encima del armario.

-Mejor no preguntes cómo es posible - añadió Stacie -no sea que el responsable sea un burro volador.

-La ha puesto Chelsea -informó una voz desde la cocina.

Al escuchar a Moschino, Chelsea se echó a reir contagiando su risa a todas las demás.

Y colorín, colorado, este cuento se ha terminado. Y espero que os haya gustado, aunque sea sólo un poquito. Esta historieta la he hecho para que veáis qué tamaño tiene el armario de los Barriguitas en comparación con las barbies, a petición de Yohana y LBB.

-Hello girls!

-Hello!

-Hello Skipper!

-Have you seen my surf board? I don't see it anywhere.

-Yes, I put it above the closet- replied Chelsea leaving amazed her two sisters.

For a moment, Chelsea did not respond, just frown showing her anger.

-If you don't believe me check it yourself.

-Oops, as it is truth. My Board is on the top of the closet.

-Better do not ask how is it possible - added Stacie - lest the responsible is a flying donkey.

-Chelsea has put it -reported a voice from the kitchen.

To listen to Moschino, Chelsea broke into a laugh spreading laughter to all others.

Re-estrenando mi armario de los Barriguitas

Este es mi armario original de las muñecas Barriguitas de los años 80. Aunque ya hace unos meses que lo tengo en casa conmigo, no me había parado a limpiarlo, unas veces por falta de tiempo y otras por pereza. Y es que hacer fotos es más divertido que limpiar cosas :-D

Pero finalmente hace unos días me dije "venga, ni lo pienses, simplemente coge ese armario y en unos minutos lo tendrás lustroso". Y así fue. Como es de plástico lo lavé con agua jabonosa, lo aclaré y lo sequé bien.

This is my original 1980's Barriguitas dolls wardrobe. Although already a few months ago that I have at home with me, I had not stopped to clean it, sometimes due to lack of time and others by laziness. And it is that taking pictures is more fun than cleaning things :-D

But finally a few days ago I said to myself 'Come on, don't think. Just pick up that wardrobe and in a few minutes you'll have it lustrous'. And it was so. As it is plastic I washed it with soapy water, I had it with water and dried it well.

Cuando era una niña me encantaba jugar con este armario. En mis juegos lo usaba como armario de los Barriguitas pero también como armario de Barbie y su hermana Skipper. ¡Cuántas horas de diversión en torno a este juguete!

When I was a child, I loved playing with this wardrobe. In my games, I used it as Barriguitas closet but also as Barbie and her sister Skipper's wardrobe. How many hours of fun on this toy!

El armario es de color amarillo canario, precioso. Tiene un aire clásico y está lleno de detalles en relieve, incluído el nombre "Barriguitas". En su interior hay 3 cajones extraíbles que tienen un tope en su parte inferior para evitar que se caigan al abrirlos.

No recuerdo si originalmente las perchas eran 5, pero creo que sí, que no perdí ni se rompió ninguna. Aunque tal vez el número original fuera de 6 perchas ¿alguien sabe algo?

Las puertas cierran con bastante presión, por lo que al abrirlas los tiradores se acabaron rompiendo. Aunque los apegamos muchas veces, una y otra vez se volvían a romper. Y es una pena porque eran muy bonitos con forma de flor.

Estoy segura de que no los tiramos a la basura, pero es difícil encontrarlos entre tantos juguetes guardados en el trastero de mis padres (aunque la esperanza es lo último que se pierde).

También tengo una cuna y un andador a juego. La primera no la he limpiado todavía y el segundo está en casa de mis padres. De todos modos, intentaré hacerles fotos en cuanto pueda.

The wardrobe is canary-yellow, precious. It has a classic air and is full of details in relief, included the name 'Barriguitas'. Inside there are 3 removable drawers that have a stop at its bottom to prevent falling when open.

I don't remember if the hangers were originally 5, but I think that yes, that I've not lost or broke any. Although perhaps the original number was 6 hangers. Does anyone know anything?

Doors close with enough pressure, so to open them shooters were finished breaking. Although we stick them many times, they again turned to break. And it is a shame because they were very beautiful and flower-shaped.

I am sure that we did not throw them in the trash, but it is hard to find them among so many toys stored in the attic of my parents (although hope is the last thing you lose).

I also have a matching crib and baby walker. I have not cleaned the first still and the second is in my parents house. Anyway, I'll try to take pictures when I can.

Y como mis barbies siempre han sido mis muñecas favoritas, he decidido re-estrenar mi armario llenándolo con ropa suya. Lo ideal sería meter ropa de Stacie o Chelsea, pero tengo muy poca y no me apetecía dejarlas desnudas :-D

And as my barbies have always been my favorite dolls, I decided to re-brand my wardrobe filling with their clothes. Ideally, put clothes Stacie or Chelsea, but I have very few and do not wanted to leave them nude :-D
