Barbie está radiante de felicidad! (Ya identificada)

Gracias a Mari por su inestimable ayuda, sin ella no la habría identificado nunca (ver comentarios al final de este post).

¿Sabes su nombre, porfa?

Ella es mi barbie hada rescatada. Bueno, al menos creo que es una barbie hada... pero necesito tu ayuda para identificarla.

Ya tiene nombre: ella es Barbie Fashion Show de 2004.

She is my rescued fairy barbie. Well, at least I think that a barbie is fairy... but I need your help to identify it.

She has already name: 2004 Barbie Fashion Show.

¡Está radiante de felicidad! ¡Feliz con su segunda nueva vida!

She is shining of happiness! She is happy with her new second life!

Me encanta su pelo en dos tonos de rubio y en castaño. Sus ojos son preciosos, de color azul y lila. Además lleva los párpados maquillados con sombra de ojos con purpurina, lo que le da un halo de magia a mi nueva barbie de fantasía.

I love her two-tonned blonde and brunette hair. Her eyes are beautiful, blue and lilac. In addition her  eyelids are made up with glitter eye shadow, which gives my new fantasy barbie an aura of magic.

Sospecho que ella es un hada, pero desafortunadamente no conserva sus alas. Por suerte, el mecanismo apenas está oxidado. Pues la mayoría del óxido sólo ha ensuciado la cinta.

I suspect that she is a fairy, but unfortunately does not keep her wings. Luckily, the mechanism is just rusty. Because most of the oxide has only messed the tape.

Llevaba una ropa muy bonita, pero estoy segura de que no es la original de esta barbie. Sin embargo sí es ropa original de Mattel, al menos el bolso de tela y la falda.

She had a very nice clothes, but I'm sure that is not the original of this barbie. However it is original clothing from Mattel, at least bag and skirt.

Sobre el top no estoy tan segura ya que parece que le queda un poco ajustado. Tal vez sea un top de su hermana Skipper.

About the top I'm not so sure since it seems that it is a little tight. Perhaps a top of her sister Skipper.

Su pelo es muy fino y sedoso. Es sumamente agradable al tacto pero se enreda con mucha facilidad.

Her hair is very fine and silky. It is extremely pleasant to the touch, but it tangles easily.

Primeramente, le he limpiado el mecanismo con un algodoncillo empapado en alcohol para eliminar las manchas de óxido.

 First of all, I have cleaned her mechanism a milkweed soaked in alcohol to remove rust spots.

También le he limpiado la cinta que permite extraer las pilas más fácilmente. Y finalmente, he usado un destornillador para volver a cerrar con la tapa. Y listo ¡ya funciona otra vez!

Also, I have cleaned the ribbon that allows you to remove the batteries easier. And finally, I used a screwdriver to close the lid again. And ready, it works again!

Gracias nuevamente, Mari. Ahora ya sé como era originalmente mi barbie adoptada. Y ya sé que no era una hada y que su mecanismo no era para mover sus alas, sino para iluminar su camiseta :-P ¡Me encanta!
